Job Description
Job brief: Region business head: Retail Agency
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquisition of New Business
- The ideal prospect will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, and monitor sales.
- Responsible for working with the team and driving a strong performance-oriented sales culture.
- Develop and drive a profitable business for their respective region/location and expected to meet or exceed the revenue targets within the region/location.
- Provide clients with comprehensive insurance plans.
- Ensure recruitment budgets for the team are achieved.
- Building a retail insurance book through new acquisition /retention.
- Building team and ensuring their POS recruitment and production targets are achieved.
- Should have an understating of broking business.
Remuneration: As per market norms and best in the industry + Attractive Incentive
Qualification : Graduate degree & 10+ years of proven experience in a Retail Agency Business head role.
