• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into compelling design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
• Develop interactive design elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions, iterating on solutions based on user insights and feedback.

• Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and products, following established design patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and the wealth management industry, and apply learnings to enhance design solutions.
• Utilize analytics and user data to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are both userfriendly and effective in achieving business objectives

• Technical Skills Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.

• Soft Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
