Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping through regular bank payments, reconciliations and TDS compliance.
• Oversee invoicing process from creation to payment collection.
• Maintain general accounting records and perform monthly closing activities.
• Purchase invoice print and book keeping.
• All expenses bill booking received from various departments, like Manpower, Rent, Freight.
• Cash Payment entry in ERP.
• Employee Imp rest/expenses Booking and Payment.
• Import and domestic Bank Payment
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in finance & accounts role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably).
• Proficiency in book keeping, invoice processing, and general accounting principles.
