Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop jigs & fixtures using AutoCAD and create drawings according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production planning and execution.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PFC activities for new projects.
- Layout designing (Plant / Layout).
- Concept design, Maintenance and design finalization for Fixture / Tool.
- Drawing Study.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field (automotive industry preferred).
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Automobile, Mechanical).
- Proficiency in tools such as Apqp, PFMEA, PPC, Control Plan; knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles a plus.
