Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer / Sr. Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Responsible for follow-up and closer of NCF related to supplier.
• Monthly Evaluation of Supplier Performance through Supplier Score Card and inform to supplier on the same.
• Responsible for supplier PPAP approval for new and existing products.
• Develop and implement corrective actions plans (CAPAs) to address non-conformities identified during audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues related to raw materials, components, or finished goods or with suppliers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance and it's development.
• Strong understanding of FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, 7QC tools and methodologies.
• Must have knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Experience working with aluminum die casting process knowledge an added advantage.
