Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Commodities Knowledge Required (Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, Plating).

• Drawing Study

• DCN Control

• APQP

• PPAP Documentation

• Supplier QAV-1 & QAV-2

• Supplier Handling (Mass production Parts)

• Member must have enough knowledge of all commodities (Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, Plating).

• Supplier QAV-1 & QAV-2

• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949

• PPAP documents knowledge.

• Problem analysis of child part & Knowledge about 8D & CAPA

• supplier improvement (Specially Forging , Platting part)

• Process improvement of supplier through process mapping

• To reduce the supplier rejection as decided target.

• Responsible to take immediate and permanent action against all quality issue.

• In -house Data Presentation & Make action plan to reduce .

• Quality meeting & Business Plan data preparation.

Qualification: Bachelors in mechanical engineering

Preferred Industrial Experience: Automotive

Work Experience : 3 years or more

• Auditing skill (System & Process)

• Good in Quality Core tool PPAP & APQP documentation

• Good in Drawing Understanding , Lay out of parts & Feasibility study.
