Responsibilities :
- Assessment and validation of manufacturing feasibility with identified suppliers
- Execute the production part approval process
- Drive flawless launch of product by collaborating with plant / suppliers
- Drive actions for failure modes at supplier location through process verification
- Establishing controls in product / process / tool
- Onsite troubleshooting and corrective action for emergency situations
- Commodity - Rubber and Plastics
Desired Profile :
- Auto components industry background preferred
- Qualification from CIPET will be preferred
- Strong in cross functional coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
