Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Facilitate the Implementation QM and support
- Configuration, Testing and developments of new processes including version upgrades
- Develop, Manage Data interfaces between SAP and other applications
- Resolving SAP Calls as per the time line and ensuring Customer satisfaction
- End user Training and Creation of User Documentation
Preferred candidate profile
- Functional knowledge in QM for at least 1-3 years
- Work experience in ECC6.0/ S4 HANA for 1-3 years
- Ability to handle IT projects, co-ordinate with vendor and Business
- Experience in handling data Interfaces between SAP and other applications and Workflows
- Knowledge in FIORI apps, Handling Units, Serial number profiles used as part of Product traceability is an added advantage
