Asst Manager - Customer Quality & QMS

Responsible for addressing customer concerns and addressing with corrective actions within stupilated time Frame to Customer as per customer requirement 

Addressing Customer concerns with analysis report along with CFT team. 

Responsible for ensuring process for the quality Management system establishment, implementation & maintenance in plant.

Reporting to HD QA about the performance of Quality system & any need for improvements. Follow up for action's initiation.

Carrying internal quality audits and Corrective actions

Execution, reporting, follow up & corrective action of  customer audit.

Ensuring the promotion & awareness of customer requirements throughout the plant.  

Awareness for IATF, EMS, OHSMS & EnMS

Responsible for Plant IATF, EMS, OHSMS & EnMS audit and closing of the same.
