Quality Management Representative

A quality management representative is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures within the business function. This includes ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement of quality processes.

Experience

● Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
● A minimum of 5 years of experience in an ISO 9001-regulated Quality position is required.

• Maintain compliance with internal quality standards.
• Develop proper quality planning and quality control processes.
• Perform regular inspections of the critical processes.
• Scheduling regular reviews and ensuring that the quality is within the organizational standards.
• Tracking and verifying that the quality requirements are met.
• Ensuring the corrective action plans are in place and followed upon inspection of work.
• Getting client feedback, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting the auditors.
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to meet & fulfill quality requirements.

Additional responsibilities-

• Perform quality review of the various IT & Regulatory audit reports conducted by the auditors.

• Help ensure relevant test coverage and appropriate sampling.

• Interact with the auditors & security professionals to confirm findings and resolve misunderstandings resulting from the review.
