RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITES

MACHINE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT (Assembly)-

• Machine selection for new product
• Layout designing
• Concept design for machine and fixture
• Drawing Study, Process finalized
• Pneumatic Circuit Knowledge
• Able to give input to supplier related to PLC Logic.

DOCUMENTATIONS (Assembly)-

• Jigs/Fixture/Tool RFQ preparation
• Process flow development
• PFMEA development
• Work instruction preparation

LINE SETUP (Assembly)-

• New Assembly line Commissioning and knowledge of machining line( VMC )
• New Machine, Fixture & Tool trial
• Poka yoke implementation
• Layout making for Plant / Line
• Line balancing
• Capacity planning
• Cycle Time Study

AUTHORISATIONS

• Prepare the PFC, PFMEA, WI and other process related documentation (industrialization)
• Preparation of RFQ for new Fixture / Tool etc.
• Fixture / Tool concept design finalization

Preferred candidate profile

• Fixture / Tool building
• Conducted the PFMEA independently
• Hands on experience on AutoCAD
• Good communication
• Good team player and good interpersonal skill
• Hand on Experience of Lean Manufacturing tool such as VSM/ Kanban etc.
• From Auto Filter Industries, Extra advantage A person has also exposure of Seaming process/ Die Casting and Machining Process
