Product Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and delivering business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that cater to our users needs and align with Shoutlos mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with Shoutlos goals.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the hyperlocal space.

• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and improvement areas.

• Collaborate with the design team to create user-centric features and interfaces.

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams during the product development process.

• Define detailed product requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee product development cycles, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

• Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch.

• Use data-driven insights to optimize features, improve usability, and enhance user satisfaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries.

• Communicate progress, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

• Ensure all product deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring post-launch.

• Identify areas for improvement and lead iterative enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.
