Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
Identify and connect with premium clients to foster relationships.
Act as the first point of contact to establish ties and build trust with high-value clients.
New Onboarding Support:
Setting the stage for onboarding new premium clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Account Management:
Handle end-to-end account management for onboarded premium clients.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
Address client concerns promptly and maintain a high retention rate.
Sales Support & Collaboration:
Accompany senior management to sales meetings, contributing to effective client pitching and follow-ups.
Provide insights and inputs to tailor offerings according to client requirements.
Marketing Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to design strategies that resonate with premium clients.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive engagement.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, performance metrics, and revenue generation.
Present actionable insights to improve sales and client retention strategies.
