Job Description

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. As a Product Manager, you will own the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience, driving engagement, and delivering business outcomes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that cater to our users' needs and align with Shoutlo's mission.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Product Strategy and Vision :

- Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with Shoutlo's goals.

- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the hyperlocal space.

User-Centered Design :

- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and improvement areas.

- Collaborate with the design team to create user-centric features and interfaces.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams during the product development process.

Product Development :

- Define detailed product requirements, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

- Oversee product development cycles, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Performance Monitoring :

- Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize features, improve usability, and enhance user satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries.

- Communicate progress, risks, and updates effectively to stakeholders and leadership.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement :

- Ensure all product deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring post-launch.

- Identify areas for improvement and lead iterative enhancements based on user feedback and analytics.
