U-Connect Global Services Pvt Ltd (UCGS) is a growing outsourcing company, expanding into US Staffing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with RCM experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the RCM domain (Medical Billing, Coding, Denial Management, AR Follow-up, etc.).

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and medical billing companies in the US.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

- Work on lead generation, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn networking to reach out to decision-makers.

- Present UCGS's RCM solutions to prospective clients and effectively communicate value propositions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

- Stay updated with US healthcare regulations and RCM industry changes.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development with a focus on RCM/Medical Billing.

- Strong understanding of RCM processes including Medical Billing, Coding, AR, and Denial Management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
