Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the US staffing market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.

- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders and clients.

- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in business development processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members in business development practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in staffing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in US staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of staffing industry trends and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in contract negotiation and closing sales.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in staffing and employment.
- Experience mentoring or training junior staff is a plus.
- Professional certifications in staffing or recruiting are advantageous.
