Business Analyst - T24 Platform (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Minimum 10 years of development experience in T24 platforms and provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team.

- Will play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms in particular T24.

- Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application Design.

- Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions.

- Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and Draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development.

- Deep understanding of the private banking modules like SC, DX, SY, Corporate actions and accounting/ reporting modules.

- Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows.

- Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.

- Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.

- Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions.

- Working with the Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutions.

Essential Requirements (Skills Requirements) :

Years of Experience : 10 to 12 Yrs of Experience.

Good To Have :

- Strong understanding of T24 - Pricing domain/Products.

- Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms.

- Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management.

- Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

- Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.

Technical / Professional Skills :

- Latest T24 release R19+ and exposure to T24 Upgrade processes.

- T24 performance optimization and T24 data Archiving.

- Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24, Linux scripts.

- Experience in T24 Upgrades and data migration best practices.

Non-Technical / Soft Skills :

- Candidate should possess excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working in Agile environment.

- Ability to learn new client applications.

- Good problem solving abilities.

- Good team player.

- Good service attitude.
