Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with TnM's business goals.
- Prioritize product initiatives based on market research, customer needs, and ROI impact.
- Identify growth opportunities, pain points, and areas for innovation to drive customer engagement and retention.
Execution and Delivery
- Work closely with the tech team to manage bandwidth, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.
- Bring a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Continuously analyze the customer journey, identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the conversion funnel.
- A/B test new features, layouts, and user flows to improve key metrics like conversion rate, average order value, and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and landing pages with optimized user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business, tech, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable product specs.
- Communicate product progress, roadblocks, and achievements to leadership and other stakeholders.
Instrumentation & Analytics
- Setup the tracking infrastructure through events (GA/Clevertap).
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for product initiatives, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage analytics tools to understand user behavior and derive actionable insights for product improvement.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or automotive services.
- Strong understanding of technology stacks and product development processes.
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
- Background in UI/UX design or familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Clevertap or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
