Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Data Infrastructure Development :

- Design, build, and maintain a central database to unify data from various sources (e.g., website, CRM, inventory systems).

- Implement and manage data pipelines to support real-time and batch data processing.

- Develop and optimize data lakes and data warehousing solutions.

Data Integration and Management :

- Integrate diverse data sources (structured and unstructured) into the central data infrastructure.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all systems.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Build, monitor, and optimize ETL and ELT processes with data models

Analytics Enablement :

- Collaborate with the business and analytics teams to understand data needs and create relevant data models.

- Set up and manage visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Provide backend support for dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and scalability.

Optimization and Scalability :

- Continuously improve the performance of the data ecosystem to handle growing business needs.

- Implement best practices for data security, backup, and recovery.

- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in data engineering to bring innovative solutions to TnM.
