1. All India exposure (Must have resided at minimum 2 regions, regions being North, East, West & South).
2. Should have team handling of minimum 200 people.
3. Exposure to Doctor and Hospital working.
4. Exposure to building Field Sales Capability
5. IT solutions like DMS, SFA, CRM, etc.
6. Exposure to managing Sales P & L
7. Experience in launch of new products and brand segments
8. Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets.
9. Set short-term and long-term sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
10. Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into untapped regions or sectors.
11. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including regional and national sales managers.
12. Foster a high-performance sales culture through training, motivation, and goal alignment.
13. Recruit and retain top sales talent to ensure the team's long-term success.
14. Ensure consistent revenue growth EBITDA through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.
