National Manager - Warehouse & Transport

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the All India Dispatch team to ensure orders are shipped within 72 hours.

- Analyze root causes of issues and implement solutions.

- Work with the production planner to optimize schedules.

- Partner with plant managers to ensure seamless operations.

- Coordinate with the transportation team to secure timely truck placements.

- Prevent production delays through effective shipment planning.

- Oversee stock freshness, focusing on products with short shelf lives.

- Lead the All India Dispatch team, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and performance tracking.

- Collaborate with the sales team to implement the Product Delivery Plans (PDP) and ensure adherence to guidelines.

- Make sure that all CFAs (Carrier/Customer Fulfillment Areas) are consistently replenished from the plants.

- Monitor the freshness of stock, particularly for products with a limited shelf life, to guarantee quality delivery.

- Maintain a high level of team engagement, focus, and productivity throughout all dispatch-related tasks.
