Dot & Key Wellness - National Warehouse Manager (7-10 yrs)

- The person will be responsible for Distribution & Fulfilment centers of B2B and B2C operations, audits & compliance of Pan India operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitoring day-to-day Distribution & fulfillment center of B2B and B2C operations in line with business requirements and standards.

- Interface sales channels, customers, Fiscal, Legal, Finance & Control, and service providers at the local level.

- Team coaching, development, and management of off-role/ 3PL resources.

- Monthly monitoring and reporting of warehousing costs in line with budget.

- Driving cost reduction initiatives while improving customer SLA

- Maintenance of stock Hygiene across the warehouse.

- 3PL operations KPI and Performance Monitoring.

- Monthly operational and quarterly Business reviews.

- Internal KPIs monitoring and reporting every month, ensuring customer claims settlement is timely as per SOP.

- RCA and CAPA of operational issues and customer claims in a view to improve and strengthen process and warehouse operations.

- Implementation of lean warehousing and operations, Daily management, 55 etc, to meet and exceed global standards

- Preparing & Publishing of MIS reports as required by Management.

- Audit Compliance as per Policies - Inventory, Social, EHS & Internal Audits.

- Monitoring and managing value-added service at Distribution & Fulfilment centers of B2B and B2C sites.

- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements.

- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.

- Resolve problems concerning execution at the Distribution & Fulfilment Centre of B2B and B2C customer issues and transportation issues.

- Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports.

- Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.

- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics and warehousing operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.

- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements

- Negotiate rates and contracts with 3rd party Warehouse service providers.

- Formulating the Transport Plan / Strategy - Route planning /Load Optimization / Cost & Analysis.

- Implement Best in Class Warehousing Practices to ensure Inventory Accuracy, FIFO Management, On time Delivery to Customers.

- Monthly Scorecards / KPIs to Management

Budget & Cost Management:

- Develop and manage the warehouse operations budget.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.

- Monitor expenses and ensure financial targets are met.

Leadership & Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and staff.

- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse operations.

- 7-10 years of work experience in B2B & B2C Warehousing, minimum 2 years in a regional leadership role.

- Experience in e-commerce, Pharma, FMCG, Personal care industry is preferred
