Manager - Procurement/Purchase/Supply Chain - Third Party Manufacturing - FMCG/Health & Wellness (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Leading Operations for External/Contract Manufacturing

- Managing End-to-End Supply chain operations of External/Contract Manufacturing.

- Responsible for development 3P manufacturing vendors for our new product launches including closure on commercials, product specs and quality parameters.

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure launch of new products through 3Ps as per the timelines.

- Leveraging third-party strength to expand the Company's brand portfolio across categories.

- Lead the 3P vendor team to meet the Demand of Sales & Marketing, while ensuring KPIs are delivered on Sustainability, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (COGS).

- MBA WITH 6-10 yrs exp

- Development of the Manufacturing network to ensure efficient delivery and case fill rate.

- Strategy development on the manufacturing operations for the business growth.
