Job Description
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders from different business teams for collections, clearance of customer outstanding
- Customer ledger reconciliation as needed
- SAP Knowledge is must.
- Follow up with the Customers for outstanding recovery.
- Follow up with the Sales Team for clearance outstanding.
- Tagging of collections on daily basis based on bank statement
- Reconciliation of collections received through Razorpay on daily basis
- Reconciliation of TDS and tagging of TDS
- Ensure to complete the queries received from Sales Team with the set time lines. (OTRS A ticketing System)
- Preparation of relevant reports required with reference to Outstanding Balances
- Support in the reconciliation of Debtor Balances between the billing system and SAP
- Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Industry experience of atleast 2 to 3 years.
