Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Working on pricing and costing within SLA. Maintaining the up-to-date records of quotes.
- Ensuring the flow, from query to quote to the customer.
- Should provide Quotations on time to Customers and Sales team.
- Customer Co-ordination & should update and provide Daily Status Report to customer.
- Regular follow up on Sales lead and convert in business.
- Enhancing the productivity of customer by suggesting best possible route and mode of transportation.
- Consolidate the performance of Sales team in monthly / quarterly business reviews.
- Co-ordination with Overseas agents & Shipping line/NVOCC/ Co-loader for handling shipment.
- Corresponding with Overseas Agents for getting Sea / Air Freight rates / Commercials and handling overseas nominated shipment (export/import & air /sea)
- Relationship building with customers.
