Data Entry Operator

Role & responsibilities:

• Data entry: Accurately entering data from physical documents like packing slips, receiving documents, and purchase orders into the WMS. 
• Inventory management: Updating inventory levels by recording incoming and outgoing shipments, including product details, quantities, and serial numbers. 
• Data verification: Double-checking entered data for accuracy against source documents to prevent errors. 
• Data cleansing: Identifying and correcting any inconsistencies or errors in existing data.
• Reporting: Generating reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other warehouse metrics as needed. 
• Maintaining records: Keeping detailed records of all warehouse transactions in a systematic manner.
