Chief Manager - Ecommerce

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for managing New-to-Bank business with a large Ecommerce Marketplace spread across categories and increasing the marketplaces gradually.

Key Responsibilities:

a) B2B Relationship Management

• Partnership and relationship management with Ecommerce market place and intermediary tech platform. Onboarding more such marketplaces gradually.
• Working on joint offers and campaign strategy with the partner and internal stakeholders

b) Product Management

• Improving the funnel output with regular analysis and working with cross function stakeholders (Credit/Risk/tech etc) while keeping asset quality in check.
• Developing and designing onboarding swim lanes and check controls to improve top of the funnel and bring quality customers
• Drive volume, IRR and other key metrices.
• Devising revenue leakage prevention processes, Projection of income and expenditure to finance department
• Ensuring regulatory compliance at all checkpoints.

Job Requirements:

• Post Graduate in Management
• 8+ Years experience in E-Commerce / Product Management platforms in NBFCs
• Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail
• Experience in business analysis & modeling tools
• Strong Analytical, Interpersonal and Convincing skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Drive for results and capability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
