Role & responsibilities

This role will be responsible for Fintech Partnership Personal Loans, you'll lead efforts to establish and manage partnerships with fintech companies. You'll be instrumental in identifying potential partners, evaluating their suitability, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure successful collaboration and achievement of business objectives.

• Evaluate potential partners based on market fit, technology capabilities, regulatory compliance, financial stability, and reputation.
• Manage the onboarding process, including negotiations, integration planning, and operational setup, by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand and optimize the fintech partnership ecosystem.
• Act as the primary point of contact for fintech partners, fostering collaboration and resolving issues to ensure successful partnerships.
• Coordinate with Fintech teams to streamline the recovery process to implement strategic collection

Preferred candidate profile

• Proactive in identifying potential partners
• Experience in program management, business development, or strategic partnerships in fintech or financial services
• Strong understanding of the fintech ecosystem, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Digital personal loans
