Need to be a degree or Diploma holder in Engineering from recognized board or university (Full time college course graduate with chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil). but Degree / Diploma Correspondence course studies are not accepted.
Need to have Safety Diploma from any recognized board or university (minimum 1-year course). A Certificate course in Environment and Pollution Control is Desirable. NEBOSH International General Certificate is also Desirable.
Shall have minimum 10 years construction experience as HSE Engineer / Coordinator in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemicals or Bulk Chemical Manufacturing companies. Experience in Brown Field construction area shall be preferred.
HSE Engineer / Coordinator should have worked experience with renowned multinational companies. Couple of years overseas work experience shall be preferred.
Should be capable for area monitoring for fire & safety and supervise the Business Partner’s site construction safety aspect with full compliance to Project HSE Requirements.
Should be trained on identifying HSE issues / risks and suggest mitigation measures.
Should have good knowledge in Computer (Mainly MS Office).
Should have good communication and presentation skill in Hindi and English.
Be physically fit for the site job. Expected to spend as a minimum 80% of the daily working hours at field.
