Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the TIC sector, including regulatory requirements, technical skills, and industry trends.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to source and attract skilled professionals
• Utilize job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct sourcing to identify top candidates
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and promote the company's reputation within the TIC sector to attract top talent.
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
• Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and on-boarding processes

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the Testing, Inspection and Certification
• Proven ability to source, attract, and hire specialized roles such as inspectors, auditors, engineers, and laboratory professionals
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Successfactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
