Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead and oversee all aspects of the companys marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and managing a high-performing marketing team. This is a senior leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the companys business objectives and goals.
• Lead the creation of the brand strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful brand positioning across all channels.
• Oversee the go-to-market strategies for new product launches and campaigns.
• Build a customer-centric marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with target audience needs and behaviors.
• Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

2. Brand Management & Growth:

• Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen the companys brand identity and presence across all digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including advertising, social media, and content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using insights to adjust and refine strategies.
• Oversee public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation, manage media relations, and handle crisis communication when necessary.

3. Digital Marketing & Innovation:

• Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media to drive online engagement and conversions.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Explore and implement new digital marketing technologies, including AI and analytics tools, to optimize performance and ROI.
• Ensure the company is utilizing cutting-edge marketing tactics and tools to stay competitive in the marketplace.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of marketing campaigns.
• Use data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize marketing strategies, and measure the impact on revenue and customer acquisition.
• Perform regular marketing performance reviews and ensure continuous improvement based on results and market trends.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment between the marketing department and other business units to maximize marketing impact.

6. Budget & Resource Management:

• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to maximize ROI.
• Manage the approval and allocation of marketing spend across different channels and campaigns.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing investments, ensuring budget adherence and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Extensive experience with digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
• Experience in managing a team, with demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
