Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the highly competitive real estate market of Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our brand presence. The Head of Marketing will manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with sales, design, and development teams to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image by ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
4. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
5. Content Creation: Develop and manage high-quality content, including blogs, articles, videos, and other materials to engage and educate our target audience.
6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.
7. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including online and offline marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and more.
8. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired results.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, including support for sales presentations, collateral, and events.
10. Measurement and Reporting: Implement metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to senior management.
