Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Executive to oversee and lead the company's technology strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. As a Senior IT Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure delivery of IT services, managing a high-performing IT team, and driving innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and execute the companys IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
• Lead the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the integration of innovative technologies to improve business processes.
• Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the IT department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Define and implement the companys IT roadmap, balancing current needs with future growth.

2. IT Operations & Management:

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of critical IT infrastructure, applications, and systems.
• Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with business priorities.
• Ensure the efficient operation of data centers, networks, servers, and hardware, collaborating with other departments as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance IT operations to ensure business continuity, scalability, and efficiency.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance:

• Lead the development and execution of robust cybersecurity strategies, ensuring the protection of company data and IT assets.
• Manage compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and implement preventive measures to mitigate security threats.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

4. Innovation & Technology Adoption:

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the IT and business sectors, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies such as AI, cloud computing, big data analytics, and automation to drive business innovation.
• Lead initiatives for the adoption of cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

6. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, ensuring high performance, continuous skill development, and job satisfaction.
• Manage the recruitment and retention of top IT talent, while ensuring optimal team structure and resources.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 4-6years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management position.
• Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and large-scale technology projects.
• Strong experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and budgets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in IT operations, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• In-depth knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Agile, DevOps).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to business needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and BI systems.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing technological environment.
