Senior Jira/Confluence Administrator

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of the Jira and Confluence tools and enforce best practices
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the business process that are supported by Jira and Confluence
• Be an expert in tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementation
• Document solutions that align with enterprise objectives
• Identify and communicate gaps between current and desired end-states to relevant stakeholders
• Work with the team to ensure consistent performance
• Be a trusted support and escalation point for technical issues and troubleshoot errors
• Assist with delivery management processes and enforcement
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc demos and training sessions for all Atlassian tools
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Extensive experience with the Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and others) and 3rd party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)
• Solid experience in enabling enterprise-level processes using Jira and Confluence
• Experience configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Jira
• Demonstrable experience managing reports on Jira and supported reporting applications
• Conceptual and hands-on experience with SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
• Comprehensive understanding of common networking terms and tools
• Prior experience working in a dynamic and agile environment
• Able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
