Serve as a technical specialist for the Jira and Confluence programs and uphold industry standards and best practices
Comprehensive knowledge of the business processes covered by Confluence and Jira
Lead by example when it comes to the application of standard procedures, tool usage, and documentation of technical solutions that support business goals
Determine and convey any differences between the existing and intended end states
Collaborate with users to guarantee reliable performance
Provide dependable assistance and a point of contact for technical problems
Help with the processes of delivery management and enforcement
Give all Atlassian Tool demonstrations and trainings on a scheduled and on-demand basis
Interact and work together with both internal and external teams
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as an Atlassian Administrator
Extensive experience working with JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence, etc.
