Job Description

  • 1 to 4 Years of Experience in business development, sales, or IT product sales, specifically in the US market.
  • Proven track record in selling IT or AI-based products and services to the US market.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage sales pipelines.
  • Experience in executing email marketing campaigns to engage leads and drive conversions.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing both inbound and outbound sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Comfortable working with various sales tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential clients in the US to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospective customers and drive interest in AI solutions.
  • Use CRM tools (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer interaction history.
  • Perform market analysis to identify emerging trends and target industries within the AI space.
  • Engage in both outbound and inbound sales activities, responding to inbound inquiries and creating proactive outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present tailored solutions to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to senior management.
Additional Requirements
  • This role requires working from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Monday to Friday), aligned with US time zones.
  • A passion for growth within the company and the desire to develop a long-term career in business development and AI solutions sales.
