Job Description

  • We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 5+ Years of Experience.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market data, and identify business opportunities for growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, analyze market trends, and conduct competitive analysis to drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions and demonstrating the value of products or services.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and industry trends. Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of business development professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, tailored to meet the clients needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and win new business.
