Job Title: Business Development Manager

Dreamstead Interactive is seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
4. Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
8. Provide regular reporting and updates on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

1. Any Graduate.
2. Proven track record of 3-4 years in business development or sales roles, preferably in the Media or gaming industry.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
6. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Working Days: Monday to Fridays (Saturday Sunday fixed off)

Work Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Location: Gurgaon Sec 61
