Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, analyze market trends, and conduct competitive analysis to drive business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions and demonstrating the value of products or services.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and industry trends. Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of business development professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, tailored to meet the clients needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and win new business.
