Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - Amenities Finishing Work to oversee and ensure the high-quality execution of finishing works for amenities in our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supervising finishing works such as clubhouses, swimming pools, gyms, landscaped gardens, and other recreational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Oversee and manage all finishing works related to amenities, ensuring timely completion with high-quality standards.
Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to execute finishing work as per approved designs and specifications.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship for flooring, painting, tiling, false ceilings, woodwork, glasswork, and other finishing aspects.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to maintain work progress.
Vendor Contractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Compliance Safety: Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and project standards during execution.
Budget Cost Control: Monitor material consumption, minimize wastage, and ensure cost-effective implementation of finishing works.
Reporting Documentation: Maintain records of work progress, material inventory, and quality checks and provide regular updates to the management.

Key Requirements:

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in real estate construction with expertise in finishing works for amenities.
