- Identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the metal formed products industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customer segments and target markets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Lead the development of compelling value propositions and tailored solutions for prospective clients.
- Evaluate and recommend new product development and market expansion strategies based on market analysis.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and capabilities.
Sales and Account Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
