REPORTS TO Business Head - TPP

REPORTING INTO PM - Investments Specialist - Third Party Products

I. ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

1. Managing the Investment Portfolio along with Partners and stakeholders

2. Exploring the new business opportunities in Investment sector

3. Formulate strategies to achieve higher income from Investment Business

4. Formulating the product strategies basis customer segmentation

5. Managing the regulatory framework of the product

I. SIZE OF THE ROLE

FINANCIAL SIZE

Manage Investments portfolio of 15 Crs to 20 Crs in the 1st Yr and then grow by 2x every year.

NON-FINANCIAL SIZE

- Set-up the product and process for the launch

- Maintain Regulatory aspects of SEBI, PFRDA etc.

- Ensure Products control activities to avoid revenue leakage

- Formulate strategy to achieve the business through various verticals / channels

I. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Financial / Business

- Formulate product and process plan for Investments - Mutual Funds, APY, PFRDA, DEMAT

- Implement products based on the customer need

- Evaluate Investments Partnerships and manage price negotiations efficiently

- Focus on maximizing banks revenue through:

i. Maintaining Optimal Product Mix

ii. Identifying cross sell opportunity across bank verticals

iii. Design easy to sell product

iv. Managing customer retention

Business Analysis

- Track business portfolio's quality through product control activities

- Ensure that the product mix is maintained through regular business analysis

- Analyze the industry data to benchmark against the industry standard in terms of business productivity

- Focus on customer penetration through various channels

Business Co-ordination

- Work along with Business Heads, Investments Partners and various other stakeholders to design the strategy for achieving business productivity and revenue

- Work along with the Investments Partner to launch the right products

- Work along with control functions to ensure regulatory aspects have been complied

Relationship Management

- Evaluate products offered by different partners for their suitability for bank customers

- Negotiate pricing for the products offered and product finalization

- Setup process for portfolio management

Internal Processes

- Process Implementation - Work on process automation and digitalization of product distribution

- Implement all product control activities

- Strategize along with Investments Partners & Internal functions for business growth

- Manage all Regulatory, Audit and compliance related activities

Learning & Performance

- Updated on ever changing industry for third party products

- Acquire certifications & training required to develop technical knowledge
