Role & responsibilities

• Providing a safe working environment for quality team.
• Regular interaction with CFT (Production, Maintenance, Purchase) to ensure right level of quality products
• Conduct the process audits and take countermeasures for gaps.
• Every day RED bin analysis. Identify the opportunity for improvement through right quality tools and improve the situation through problem solving
• Train and monitor the skill level of Inspectors and fellow team members
• Review customer concern and close it with appropriate action through 8D
• Encourage Kaizens culture in the team and achieve given target
• Coordinate with BIS authority & responsible for maintaining IS 1660 & IS 14756 documents up to date
• Coordinate with project team for new models to achieve RRFT
• Regularly update PFMEAs and follow control plan
• Maintain work records as per ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 140001
• Knowledge of ISO 50001 is added advantage

Knowledge of ISO 9001, MSA, PPAP, SAP
