One employee has do to work of 6 employees. Employee is overloaded with work and salary is less. Company has not upgraded the process as per technology. At the time of interview management gives different commitments and at the time of joining the role is totally different.

Communication gap from high level to low level. Process change more frequently. Still working will old process. Some manager are rude which affect company work culture as well as productivity of employee. Salary ofcourse less in the market

At HOD level nothing is good . Most machines are old , team is too weak and committed. Team having no sense of responsibility and commitment.
