Functional Consultant: SAP S/4 Hana ABAP

Location: Hosur, 6days working from Office

Role:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Hana ABAP - Functional Consultant to support SAP S/4 HANA Logistics modules, primarily SAP ABAP. The ideal candidate shall possess consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP Hana solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP S/4 HANA technology into the business environment, achieving expected business results

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate, implement, and support the user team to enhance business functionalities and overall performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Design, configure, and test various business scenarios.
• Analyze current business processes and ABAP end improvements,
• Develop solutions in SAP Hana and other aligned software to meet business needs.
• Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction to business users.
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by user departments.
• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices in SAP Hana.
• Manage or participate in project implementation as a functional consultant.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and incidents.
• Develop necessary solution changes or modifications to satisfy business needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.

Skill Set:

• SAP S/4 HANA – ABAP configuration experience is a must.
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP ABAP and other modules.
• Strong business acumen and process design skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear ABAP.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent ABAP skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and self-reliantly.
• Team player with the ability to manage workload with little or no supervision.
• Ability to undertake multiple tasks and work under tight timelines.
• Effective problem-solving skills.

Educational and Professional Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 3+ years of Domain and functional consultant expertise.
• Minimum 3+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience
• Minimum One full lifecycle implementation experience (Project Preparation to Go-Live).
• SAP Hana Certification is desirable.
• Experience in SAP Fiori, OData, and SAP Analytics is a plus.
