Educational Qualification:
Regular full time MSW / MBA from reputed Institute / College
Contract Labor Management
1. Timely availability of Shopfloor manpower (Plan Vs Actual).
2. Hiring of Shopfloor manpower as per defined approval matrix.
3. Ensure hiring documentation Compliance as per local employment law.
4. Daily attendance check and management of shopfloor manpower, and share verified manpower report with Plant management team.
5. Grievance handling followed by progressive redressal.
Training and Development
1. Formulation of Annual Training calendar and Budgeting.
2. TNI through Performance Appraisal, Customer specific and Departmental needs.
3. Plan and execute training at Plant, monitor Plan Vs Actual as per ISO parameters.
4. Updated skill matrix of shopfloor manpower.
5. Identification of Internal trainers and evaluation.
6. Ensure each new worker gets the induction and on job training before starting work.
7. Training record Attendance, Evaluation / Feedback regarding quality and content of training Program.
8. Implementation of Training calendar and maintain Training feedback & effectiveness record.
Statutory and Legal Compliance
Ensure plant compliance with Labor Laws and other Statutory compliance, 100% adherence to appended below applicable statutory compliance dates and maintain records. (Submit All Factory Act & Labor Act Return on time)

Employee Relations & Engagement
1. Robust communication platforms for Organizational Updates (Macro/Microenvironment) via Town Hall, Open Houses, Committee meetings
2. Formulation of annual Event calendar and Budgeting.
3. Plan and execute events at Plant, and monitor Plan Vs Actual.
4. To foster and drive quality circle, Kaizen and 5 S culture at Plant level
5. Planning and execution of employee Reward & Recognition / HR initiatives and Welfare activities, ensure structured and timely implementation of activities.
General Administration & HR Operations
1. To ensure timely renewal of all contract agreements and new, related to Manpower and Administration services.
2. Agreements & documentation - Manpower contractor, Security, House Keeping, Canteen, Pantry.
3. Monitoring Canteen, Security and Housekeeping for plant & office premises.
4. Timely submit all bills, PR, PO and service entry related to HR / Administration activities, and raise bills / invoices on workflow portal for the approval and payments process.
Human Resource Information System
1. Monthly HR scorecard - Productivity (Manhours Vs Production) and Target Vs Actual
2. Statutory compliance score, Labor cost, Recruitments, Training development and Over Time.
3. Keep updated record of Manpower trend, department & category wise.
