Job Title: Senior SEO & Email Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
The Senior SEO & Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and
implementing strategies to improve organic search visibility and manage email
marketing campaigns. This combined role requires expertise in both SEO and email
marketing to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost conversions. The ideal
candidate will work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure
that both SEO and email marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and implement onpage and offpage SEO tactics.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking structures, and other onpage elements for search engines.
• Collaborate with developers to fix technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile usability, crawl errors, etc.).
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations.
• Manage backlink acquisition strategies and build relationships with authoritative websites.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industrys best practices.
Email Marketing Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage email marketing strategies to engage customers and increase conversions.
• Create and execute targeted email campaigns, including product promotions, customer retention, and personalized outreach.
• Segment email lists based on customer behavior and demographics to deliver personalized messages.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging, visually appealing, and conversion-optimized email templates.
• Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and send times to maximize open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
• Monitor email campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement based on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates).
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align email marketing efforts with SEO and other digital marketing channels.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in both SEO and email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO tactics, and backlink strategies.
• Experience in creating, optimizing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for both SEO and email template customization is a plus.
• Excellent copywriting and content optimization skills for both SEO and email.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make recommendations for improvements.
• Familiarity with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
