Role Overview :

- Seeking an experienced HR professional to drive talent transformation, employee engagement, learning & development, and operational efficiency at a leading petrochemical manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Forecast and manage plant manpower requirements.

- Oversee performance management and training programs.

- Drive employee engagement and productivity initiatives.

- Collaborate with business leaders on talent management and career development.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor relations.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

- Strong expertise in performance management, L&D, and employee engagement.

- Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and manage workforce relations.
