We are Hiring for Wintel Admin- L3 role

Work Schedule & Location

• Shift: Night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM IST.
• Location: 100% Work-From-Office at TRUGlobal, MG Road, Bangalore.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Seeking a skilled Wintel - L3 Administrator to manage and optimize our Windows and VMware environments. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• VMware Management:
• Setup, configure, and maintain VMware Horizon and vCenter (including HA, DRS, VCB).
• Migrate VMware vSphere from on-prem licenses to cloud subscriptions.

• Windows Administration:
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS, KMS, Certificate Services, WSUS, and Print Servers.
• Upgrade/migrate ~400 Windows desktop systems (Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, Hyper-V) to Windows 11.
• Optimize Domain Controller and DNS architecture; consolidate/decommission servers as needed.

• Inventory & Security:
• Improve inventory accuracy in ServiceNow.
• Enhance email security policies in ProofPoint.
