Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and develop customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize client churn and maximize client lifetime value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities that may impact client relationships or business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on client performance, satisfaction, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
Requirements - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels of an organization effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
